We were just lucky enough to have the chance to speak to our scout on MSN and could see him on the webcam too!!
We were very excited when we just saw our son sign in to MSN, so quicky said hi, and then clicked on the web cam.... There he was!! He had managed to get the computer closest to the web cam, without even knowing it was there.
This was the first contact we had had with him since he rang on the first day... saying 'send more cameras!'...lol.
He didn't talk for very long, but sounds like he is having a good time. He reports he has a graze on his knee, but we are sure he will cope....lol.

And then he was gone :-( But it was great to touch base and actually see him.
